Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of soreacare.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

1. About us

The Site is operated by SoreaCare ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at support@soreacare.com.

2. Using our site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses or other harmful material, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it in any way that is unlawful or could damage the Site or impair its availability.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and show our products accurately. However, images are for illustration only and there may be slight variations in colour or appearance. Product packaging may also vary from that shown. We reserve the right to update product information and to withdraw any product from sale.

4. Your order and when a contract is formed

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is only formed when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know and will not charge you, or will refund any payment already taken.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Site and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, options, and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days and to return faulty goods, as explained in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

8. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that arise from your failure to follow reasonable instructions.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force at the time you placed it. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Contact us
