This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch orders placed at soreacare.com. If you have any questions, contact us at support@soreacare.com.

1. Order processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery options and costs

We offer the following delivery options at checkout. The available options and final cost are confirmed before you pay.

3. Delivery areas

We currently deliver to the UK and selected international destinations. If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't currently ship there.

4. Estimated delivery times

Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed, as delivery is carried out by third-party carriers. Estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

5. Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, we'll include a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow your parcel's progress.

6. Delays

Occasionally delivery may take longer than expected due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@soreacare.com and we'll help track it down.

7. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (a further delivery charge may apply).

8. Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at support@soreacare.com as soon as possible and we'll put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. International orders, customs, and duties

For deliveries outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. Customs processing may also add to delivery times.
